Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the digital marketing services ("Services") provided by Elite Transport Refigeration INC ("Agency") to you ("Client"). The scope, timelines, and deliverables of the Services will be detailed in a Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the SOW. Agency fees are billed in advance. All third-party costs, such as ad spend, are the Client's responsibility. The Agency may suspend services for late payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide timely access to necessary data, accounts, and approvals for the Agency to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for the legality of all materials provided.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies and campaign data.

5. Legal Disclaimers and Liability

The Agency does not guarantee specific results from its Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Term and Termination

The agreement term is defined in the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
